HOURS OF AMAZINGNESS

We’re here for all of your food and event planning needs by phone Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM at 949.304.9595, and we love to chat! All orders require booking in advance right now, but we hope to open a permanent location for you to stop by on a whim soon.

Order pickups and order deliveries from our Costa Mesa kitchen are available Tuesday – Saturday between 9AM – 5PM with advance notice. Deliveries are available in Orange County during our normal business hours with a delivery fee that starts at $45. All orders have a $250 minimum food order. Need your food after hours? We’re happy to coordinate whatever works best for you for an additional charge.

FRIENDLY FOOD FOR EVERY EATER

Every single item we craft is grain, gluten, dairy, soy, legume, and refined-sugar free. We believe that everyone should be able to eat delicious, hyper-local food regardless of dietary preferences, restrictions or allergies. It’s a real food movement focused on you; only the stuff Mother Nature intended us to eat, and no fake junk or artificial anything, ever.

Whether you’re gluten free, paleo, vegan, vegetarian or omnivorous we’ll put together a menu that’s sure to satisfy and delight every single one of your guests.

EILO’S SIGNATURE MICRO-SOURCING

Micro-sourcing is our term to describe the care we put into selecting our hyper-local ingredients, and the importance we put on eating in-season foods from our region.

We’ve built personal relationships with farmers in Orange County who believe in growing their animals on pastures, in the open, under humane conditions. Our proteins are 100% pasture fed and finished, and all seafood is wild caught and sustainably sourced. Our chef and her team of culinary renegades hit the farmer’s market every weekend in search of the best fruits and vegetables Southern California has to offer. Our oils and spices are 100% organic. We call it micro-sourcing – but we like to think you’ll call it the best food you’ve ever had.

OUR SERVICES

At Eilo’s, we bring the restaurant to you! We offer a variety of Catering and Meal Prep Packages including Dropoff & Pickup Catering, Full Service Catering, Wedding & Corporate Event Catering, and Weekly Family Meal Prep and Lunch Box Kits so you can feed your family right all week long. And, it’s not just our chefs that get creative; we’re happy to work with any type of event, big or small, to make sure your guests can feed their amazingness.

But, we’re not stopping there… We hope to open a brick and mortar restaurant and market in 2019, so stay tuned!

WEDDING CATERING

Serving up real, fun food to your loved ones on your big day is our honor. We’ll work with you to create a customized wedding menu that fits your décor, season, and most importantly, your palate! Give us a call to start planning a perfect menu for your perfect day.

FULL SERVICE CATERING

We love a good party, but we love to host even more! Whether it’s a graduation, holiday party, baby shower or a corporate event we can serve up a menu your guests will never forget. From casual buffet style BBQ’s to a five-star multi-course gourmet dinner, we’ll make sure the only thing your guests want is another plate.

There are many variables that determine total cost, such as venue, timeline, style of service and guest count. Full Service Catering events range from $150-$200+ per person for food and staff. We require a $2,500 minimum for events Sunday – Thursday and a $5,000 minimum for events on Fridays and Saturdays.

Rental items and alcohol are not included, though we are happy to introduce you to a few vendors we love to make sure you find what you need. We ask for at least 10 business days’ notice for Full Service Catering orders, but if you’re short on time, we’ll do our best to make it happen for you with an additional 10% rush fee.

Any service or clean up required past 10pm will be charged at time and a half in order to comply with California Labor Law. All Full Service Catering orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your desired date.

DROPOFF CATERING

Our Dropoff catering is perfect for meetings, showers, luncheons, dinner parties and mixers! Food is beautifully delivered in disposable aluminum pans that are lined with parchment paper, wrapped, and tied with string. We provide kraft paper and disposable serving utensils. For an additional fee, we can also provide compostable plates, utensils, and napkins upon request.

Upon arrival, we’ll happily set-up food containers in a very simple buffet style and then the rest of hosting is up to you! We do not handle re-plating or transferring food to your own serving dishes. If you’d like to re-plate items, please schedule your delivery to allow for enough time to do so.

Service, rentals, and beverages are not provided with drop off catering. But, we do work with Orange County’s best vendors and are always happy to make an introduction – just ask!

Dropoff Catering delivery charges are based on date, time, and location of delivery. Delivery rates start at $45. Additional mileage fees are charged for deliveries outside of a 15-mile radius from our Costa Mesa kitchen. Multiple deliveries in one day will incur multiple delivery charges. Delivery times and location can be adjusted up until noon on the business day prior. Any Dropoff Catering menu revisions must be made three business days in advance.

PICKUP CATERING

Our Pickup catering is perfect for meetings, showers, luncheons, dinner parties and mixers! Food is prepared in disposable aluminum pans that are lined with parchment paper, wrapped, and tied with string. We provide kraft paper and disposable serving utensils. For an additional fee, we can also provide compostable plates, utensils, and napkins upon request.

AIRSTREAM EVENT CATERING

Our Airstream is a beautiful addition to any event. But don’t let the sleek exterior fool you, it packs a top-of-the-line industrial kitchen and a team of classically trained chefs with a creative eye and a fresh seasonal harvest.

For a one of a kind experience (and a photo op your guests won’t forget,) our beautiful Airstream kitchen is available to “pop up” at your event! Booking the Airstream starts at a minimum fee of $1,500 + a minimum food order of $1,000. The Airstream fee will be finalized after a site location walk through with one of our team members. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the Airstream, which is booked on a first come first serve basis.

PAYMENTS

Dropoff & Pickup Catering requires full payment three days prior to your delivery date. Full Service Catering requires a 50% deposit to reserve the date with full payment due prior to the event. Airstream events require a 50% deposit, with full payment required three days prior to your event. (But don’t worry, all these details will be clearly laid out in your Full Service event contract.)

REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

Once payment is processed, all sales and menu selections are final. We accept all major credit cards and checks. If you prefer to pay in cash, please let us know in advance.

FOOD PRICING

We like to keep things fresh, so our Catering pricing and menu availability is based on seasonality.

All Catering pricing is subject to change (Until an estimate is created and signed, of course).

QUALIFYING ORDERS

We know things pop up at the last minute, so give us a call even if you’re short on time and we’ll do our best to make it happen! We require a $250 food minimum for all Pickup & Dropoff Catering.
